Kolibri — Terms of Use

Kolibri is a voice input service: an Android application and the dictation.trust.moscow server. By using it, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Cost and limits
The service is currently free. The operator may, at its discretion, introduce a daily usage limit and/or a fee at any time. The application announces such changes in advance or at the moment of the restriction with a clear on-screen message: how much is left, when the limit resets, and how to obtain access.
Updates
A supported version of the application is required. The operator may end support for older versions — the application will then show a message and an update button, and dictation becomes available after the update.
Access
The operator may restrict access for an individual device in case of abuse (mass automated requests, attempts to bypass limits, use for unintended purposes).
Quality
Recognition and text processing are automatic and may contain errors. Check important text (numbers, amounts, names) before sending. The service is provided “as is”.
